Summer Schedule for FPCoG Staff   [ 2008-06-17 ]

The church office will close for summer vacation on Thursday, June 19. The Administrator will return on Tuesday, September 2. During her absence, a member of the Board of Deacons, Trustees, or Leadership Development Committee will be on call to help with building issues, questions about church programs, or other needs that cannot wait until September. Call the church office at 978-448-6307 and the recording will give you the name and contact information of the church leader on call.

Minister’s schedule: Rev. Kemler will be on vacation and away from Groton June 17 through June 30. During the month of July she will be on summer break as well but, unlike other years, she has memorial services, weddings, and some meetings planned for this time. During Elea’s vacation time, there will be a local minister on call for pastoral emergencies. Call the church office and the recording will give you the name and contact information for the minister on call. August is Elea’s study and planning time and she will be available for emergencies, committee retreats, meetings, and general catching up.

DRE’s schedule: Denise Noble, Director of Religious Education, will be on vacation from June 24 through August 4. During her first vacation week she will be attending General Assembly in Ft. Lauterdale, FL. She will not be checking church email while on vacation. In an emergency, the church leader covering the office will know how to reach Denise. From August 5 to September 6, Denise will be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. She will work from home on Thursdays and Fridays, however is available evenings by appointment. Denise will lead a summer service on Faith Development for all ages on Sunday, August 17.
